Hi welcome to my blog. In here, I will tell you about my trip or my activities while in Chiang Rai, Thailand. Before that, I want to introduce myself. My name is Eka Wulandari. I live in Tarakan, north Kalimantan. I am a student in University of Boneo Tarakan. In August 4, my friends and I will take part in the 4th Batch sea-teacher event that organized by SEAMEO. I and my friends depart from the city of Tarakan to Jakarta on 4 August, continued on the 5th we left for Thailand and headed straight for Chiang Rai. At night we arrived in chiang rai city and was picked up by Ms Nok from CRRU and we stayed at Ban du hotel.
On 6 August 2017, we went to CRRU for introduction. Everyone was accompanied by a student from CRRU to be our buddy while in Chiang Rai. On 7 August 2017, announced the name of our school. I was with a friend from UHAMKA placed in Chiang Rai Municipality School 2. We were picked up by 2 teachers from the school.
This is where I lived during my dedication to Nong Bua School. The name of the place is Piromplace. My room was on the 1st floor number 106. I like to live there.
I went straight to school. I met the principal or we called "Big Boss". He is a very good man.
I did observations at two levels: grade 4 and grade 5 of primary school. During in the school, I was guided by 2 teachers namely Kru Suree and Kru Kanokwan.
On that day, I was invited by teachers from grade 5 to go to science exhibition at Mae Fah Luang University with students from grade 5.
On mother's day, I and my friend from Indonesia too performed Indonesian traditional dance namely "manuk dadali" dance.
When there is free time, I helped my teacher to make flowers for the king.
On that day. there was health education for students from grade 6.
There was a second science exhibition for 4th grade students at CRRU. I also accompanied the students there with the teachers.
When English camp for grade 4 and 5 students, I helped my teachers in "yummy sandwich" station. In there, I made sandwiches for the students and taught them how to make sandwiches.
All Indonesian students in chiang rai gathered at Mae Fah Luang University to commemorate Indonesia's independence day.
I taught in 5th grade with an advisor named Kru Kanokwan. I was told to make 3 lesson plans with different materials. First material about Indonesia culture, second material about instruction text, and third material about things around school.
Mr. Teerawat and Ms. Nok came to school to interview us about what we had gotten during school.
Many landmarks I have visited in Chiang Rai. Every weekend, I always invited by my teachers around chiang rai. we visited temples, gardens, museum, art exhibition, etc, all the way to the border between Thailand and Myanmar.
